2021 budget law (art. 1, c. 173-176) has established 50% income tax reduction to new companies set up in SEZ, in order to reduce the tax burden and encourage the resumption of economic activities. The facility is granted in compliance with the limits and conditions set out in Regulation (EU) no. 1407 of 18 December 2013, relating to the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to "de minimis" aid in the agricultural sector and in Regulation (EU) no. 717 of 27 June 2014, relating to the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to "de minimis" aid in the fisheries and aquaculture sector. |

This fund encourages the development of craft company system of the Calabria Region and it aims to provide grants for interest relief and equipment ones, according to the guidelines of RCD n. 580/2017 and n. 186/2018. |
